  • No. Our listed prices are for the rental items only. Delivery, setup, and pickup services are available for an additional fee based on your location and the services you request.

  • We're based in Sarasota, Florida, and proudly serve Sarasota and surrounding communities within approximately a 45-mile radius. If your event is outside our standard service area, feel free to contact us—we'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

  • Most of our rentals are available for flexible rental periods to suit your event. During the booking process, you'll be able to select your preferred rental dates. If you need a longer rental period, just let us know and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.

  • We schedule deliveries and pickups based on your selected rental dates and event needs. Our goal is to ensure your equipment arrives on time and is collected at a convenient time after your event. We'll confirm the delivery and pickup schedule with you before your rental begins.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Depending on the final payment processor we use, additional payment options may also be available. Cash payments may be accepted for the remaining balance in certain situations, but a valid card may still be required for the security deposit.

  • Yes. Some rentals require a refundable security deposit, which helps protect against loss or damage to the equipment. Any required deposit will be clearly displayed during the booking process and will be refunded after the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition.

  • Yes. A rental agreement will be provided during the booking process or included with your booking confirmation. You'll have the opportunity to review the terms before completing your reservation.

  • Absolutely! Our online booking system allows you to browse available rentals, select your dates, reserve your items, and complete your booking in just a few simple steps.
